Where can I find my order?
The first-come, first-served shipping policy will apply to all new orders. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. We will email you a link with your tracking number once it ships. When your package is in transit, you can check its status. Upon delivery, a final email for your order will be issued.

Online: If you made an online purchase and registered for an account at the checkout, you may view the status of your order there.

Where do you deliver orders from?
We deliver to the US, Canada, and APOs. Currently, we do not ship internationally to any other nations.

How do you handle returns?
Unopened, unused products are eligible for a 30-day, no-questions-asked return period from us. Standup-desk-store. will repay your original mode of payment for the purchased products, with fewer delivery fees, after receiving the returned items in their original packing and condition at the purchaser's expense. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a credit or refund if 30 days have passed after your purchase.

Who pays for shipping on returned items?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Do you give back the money?
