Light It Up Electrics is based in the UK but offers FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE (depending on availability).

If we cannot ship to your area you will not be able to add it to your shopping cart. 

Currency is converted from GBP using local rates which are regularly updated.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers including Amex, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and various Credit and Debit cards. 


Your 100% satisfaction is important for us so we offer a 30 days return policy. 

IF FOR SOME REASON YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM

  • To be eligible for a return, you must send an email to  support@lightitupelectrics.com with the subject 'RETURN' within 30 days, starting from the day the item was received. Please make sure to include your order number and reason for returning the item. 
  • You will then receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.
  • It will then be processed and the full amount will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.


IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY

  • If a product arrives damaged or is faulty we offer a 100% refund.
  • We have a 30 day Refund Policy, starting from the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must send pictures of the damage to  support@lightitupelectrics.com with the subject 'FAULTY' and include your order number, name and a description of the problem. 
  • You will then receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the full amount will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. 

Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". 

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package ASAP. 

If you have a discount code, make sure to enter it before you pay.

Do I have to pay for customs charges on my orders?

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. 

Unfortunately, Light It Up Electrics are unable to determine what customs charges may be applied to overseas shipments. All customs charges (if any) are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. 

All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Light It Up Electrics.

If an item from your order is yet to arrive, please be patient as it is more than likely being shipped from one of our global warehouses.

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, our warehouse team receive orders directly and will have already started processing your order.
